The Process

We can provide a full IT audit of your current systems to advise how we can assist you the best. A simple process is:

• A First meeting: This is where we will collect some information about your business. We will take into account the needs of the business, the current service provision and the hardware, software and networks that are in place.

• An IT Audit: This is where we will examine your IT systems and gather technical information about your network. This can be just after the first meeting.

• Analysing and consultancy: With the information gathered we'll generate our audit and make recommendations for improvement This may include upgrades or changes to elements of your systems, changes in the way the systems are managed or significant shifts in system architecture such as moving to the cloud. Each transition project has to be justified from a business perspective and will be carefully managed to minimise risk and ensure business objectives are met.

• Planning: If you decided to proceed with a managed IT support; we will plan the changeover while making sure the service distribution is minimal. Then if you like, we will report these plans to you.

• Deployment and Starting the support service: We will proceed with the plan to improve your systems and implement our management and support tools. After the deployment complete we will report you and start to support your entire business.
