Therefore to ensure that we remain competitive in pricing our work, we assign the correct labour for the job and charge for that accordingly. If the task was to chase out a wall, a trade assistant or an improver electrician would be given that role. Even if a more skilled electrician carried out that job, you would not be charged extra, simply because of that.
Our senior Electrical Technicians carry out the inspection, testing and verification of electrical installations, as this requires a high level of electrical knowledge. Normally a trade assistant is present as well to assist.

JIB Graded Approved Electricians and Technicians
City & Guilds 236 parts 1 & 2 - The industry standard electricians grade (minimum 3 years)
City & Guilds 2380 - 16th Edition Wiring regulations
City & Guilds 2381 - 16th Edition Wiring regulations amendment 2004
City & Guilds 2382-20 - 17th Edition Wiring regulations update from 16th
City & Guilds 2391 - Inspection and Testing of Electrical installations
City & Guilds 2400 - Design of Electrical Installations
City & Guilds 2356 - NVQ3, competence of practical experience
City & Guilds 2377 001 & 002 - PAT testing
